"Lifted trucks are in my DNA," says Matt. When it came time to build a new rig to haul thousand-gallon smokers, Matt met James organically at a Cowboys game. 

At our Hurst, Texas location, Matt sat down with the team to customize a Ford F-250 Platinum. He wanted a "tough look for barbecue"—dark gray, no chrome, and absolutely badass performance. The result features custom Carolina Blue headrests with the Meat Church logo and a precision lift ready for the heaviest millscale smokers in Texas.

The Bite That Started It All

Meat Church started when Matt Pittman took a trip to Central Texas and had one life-changing bite of salt-and-pepper brisket. That was it—BBQ had him hooked. 

Matt grew up cooking with his Grandma June in Alabama, learning the value of simple, great-tasting food. Backyard cookouts turned into full-blown competitions, and his passion eventually landed him a spot on BBQ Pitmasters. This same relentless pursuit of quality is why he chooses Lifted Trucks for his heavy-duty needs.
